It's so crazy to think that it's already time to start advertising for senior portraits again. Is it just me, or did last August feel like a month ago? I think it's hilarious that every year I think to myself "oh, my slow season is coming up, I'll get done all of the things I wasn't able to do during my busy season" and then it's April and I'm sitting in the same exact spot, and only a couple of items were checked off my to-do list. I can't be the only person this happens to right?
BUT
April means warmth is coming, flowers, and pretty sunsets and I'm definitely okay with that. I am so excited to share these images because Alyssa is awesome! We had to reschedule our original photoshoot due to pouring rain to a hot sunny day in August. Alyssa, her mom and I connected over coffee at Starbucks earlier in the season to discuss options and location ideas. I knew from the beginning they were going to be great to work with. She was looking for something natural, not over the top, and fun. We bounced ideas around for a couple of months before her shoot and landed at Schoen Place in Pittsford, NY. I'm glad we did, because Schoen Place is a great location for senior photographs because of the different texture and background options.
I had an incredibly hard time trying to decide which images to show because Alyssa was such a natural! Oh, and she just so happens to kick butt at rowing for Brighton, NY!
