Engagement sessions are arguably one of my favorite steps in the wedding process. Why you ask? I love how happy and giddy newly engaged couples are! This is a prime time in your life and maybe I’m bias but it definitely needs to be photographed. Engagement sessions are perfect for many reasons and I’m gonna tell you why:
It’s fun practice for the wedding day. You’ll kick that awkward “we hate being in front of the camera” mood right out the door. By the time of your wedding you’ll both be professionals. That’s not a guess, it’s a fact ;)
The final results usually end up as ‘save the date’ cards!
Engagement sessions are such a fun way for us to get to know each other more.
You’ll have professional photos to hang in your house besides wedding photos.
If you’re an animal lover…it’s the BEST time to include them in your wedding process.

Q. Do we receive the digital images for our engagement photos?
A. Yes and these photos are PERFECT for save the dates!
Q. Do you travel for engagement sessions?
A. I travel up to 30 miles from downtown Rochester for engagement sessions. Usually out of town clients meet me somewhere in the middle, but I’m willing to travel farther with the appropriate travel fees.
Q. What location should we choose?
A. I always recommend a place that is special to the both of you. Where did you have your first date? Where do you go often? What means most to you? Let’s go there!
