Shadow Lake Golf Club Wedding Anniversary - Rochester, NY Wedding Photographer - Stephanie & Anthony
I am so excited to be sharing Stephanie and Anthony’s one year wedding anniversary photos. That’s right! They jumped back into their wedding attire, ran to their original venue and we took some amazing portraits. I wasn’t their original wedding photographer but Stephanie reached out to me with this amazing idea and I’m so happy she did.
Holy Family Catholic Church - Auburn, NY Wedding Photographer - Nick and Katy
Back at it for wedding blogs and I’m so excited to share this one! I loved working with Katy and Nick so much and I’m so thankful Kim (her bridesmaid, and another bride of mine this year!) referred her. Photographing friends makes me so happy! Like most couples Katy and Nick had to pivot their plans this year and decided ultimately they still wanted to get married. I’m so happy they did.
The Rabbit Room Wedding - Rochester, NY Wedding Photographer - Sarah & Bryan
Saturday’s wedding was so fun! I grew up in Honeoye Falls so coming back to the familiar stomping grounds was great. The morning started off a little gloomy but I knew it was going to clear up just in time for portraits. We even had a few minutes of sun for some of their portraits! It was the definition of a perfect fall day.
ARTISANworks Wedding - Rochester, NY Wedding Photographer - Chelsie & Nick
What a fun day filled with so much laughter and color! Chelsie and Nick booked me TWO years ago and so it feels so un-real that I’m finally blogging their wedding day. Photography was so important to them, and I could tell that! They loved hearing suggestions, invited me to their meetings, etc.
Deerfield Golf and Country Club Wedding - Rochester, NY Wedding Photographer - Paige & John
Ahhhh blog post number two of the week. I’ve been glued to my computer since Friday night but you know that? That’s okay because these weddings are amazing and two weddings I’ve been waiting for all season!
Surprise Proposal Shoot - Even For Me!
Engagement shoots are always fun, and mostly because you are able to create images that reflect the relationship between two people. I usually help prepare my clients with clothing options, location options (something that is meaningful to them), and we usually coordinate the entire shoot.
#PhotographYourFamily | My "why"
I was never one to like my photograph being taken, ever. I always dreaded it in high school because I hated every single photograph I was in. I never thought highly enough of myself. Becoming a professional photographer has changed the way I view myself tremendously because for years I've been showing people how beautiful they really are. I would look at photographs some people picked apart of themselves and thought "how? you are absolutely beautiful in this" and it took me years to realize that I was doing the same thing to myself.
