Greg and Crystal
Ah, where do I even begin? I have known Greg and Crystal for probably over 12 years and that’s how long they’ve been together. High school SWEETHEARTS. I was so excited when they reached out about their elopement in the Adirondack mountains which fell right on their 12 year anniversary!
We all took a hike up to Friends Lake which is about 20 minutes from Lake George in the Adirondacks. Greg and Crystal stayed at the Friends Lake Inn which is a beautiful resort and the perfect spot for an elopement. In fact, Friends Lake Inn has had weddings on their property for over 100 years. They even have some of those ancient photos hanging up in the dining room. This venue has a super cute backyard with a wooden arbor for the ceremony, a pond with a wooden bridge for photos, and a cute willow tree.
All Crystal had to do was shed one tear during their ceremony, and the water works kicked in on my end (classic Megan). I can’t tell you how happy I am for my friends!!
After the ceremony we decided to take a little drive around the lake for some more photo opportunities! They ended their night together with dinner and a cake, and it was the perfect way to start my wedding season. Adam and I got a mini get-a-way out of it also!
